Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying at least one LLM-powered feature.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong full-stack capabilities including backend, APIs, and UIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop AI-Powered Solutions: build and maintain AI agents and multi-step workflows.
• Deliver Full-Stack Applications: backend services, APIs, data models, dashboards, and user-facing workflows.
• Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: collaborate with professionals to automate processes.
• Drive Evaluation-Based Development: establish evaluation criteria and baselines for AI capabilities.
• Develop Testing and Quality Standards: create automated tests and datasets with SMEs.
• Own End-to-End Product Delivery: manage solutions from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate Enterprise Systems and Data: connect apps with enterprise data sources and APIs.
