Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership.
• 4-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience supporting technology products, privacy, regulatory, or compliance matters.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence and the evolving legal landscape surrounding AI.
• Ability to communicate effectively across legal, business, and technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and regulatory issues impacting AI-powered products.
• Partner with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Develop practical frameworks related to AI governance, compliance, risk, and responsible deployment.
• Monitor and interpret emerging AI regulations and industry standards.
• Support customer-facing discussions involving legal, regulatory, and risk considerations.
• Contribute to strategic product decisions and long-term platform development.
• Help build foundational legal and operational processes within a rapidly scaling organization.
