Job summary

Abridge is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Product (Data Products, Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence) to be the primary legal advisor for teams building core AI and ML models and products.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner with product, engineering, and compliance to address AI-specific legal risks, craft scalable frameworks, and shape regulatory positions for responsible AI across the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of legal experience.
• 6+ years advising on AI, ML, or emerging technology products.
• In-house experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor for AI/data product teams and models.
• Partner with product, engineering and compliance on AI risk and governance.
• Develop scalable legal frameworks and contract language for frontier AI.
