OpenAI in San Francisco is seeking an integrated marketing manager who understands developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. You’ll shape how OpenAI shows up for developers, support campaigns around new products, and create meaningful developer experiences with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Brand, and Creative.

You’ll partner across external agencies to develop briefs, manage budgets, and drive campaigns that reach builders.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in developer marketing, integrated brand marketing, creative or media agencies, product marketing, or related technology marketing.
• Love technology, follow developers and founders, and explore new AI products and tools.
• Able to translate technical ideas into campaigns that non-technical audiences understand.

Responsabilidades

• Support marketing strategies for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams building with OpenAI.
• Partner with creative, media and production agencies to develop briefs and bring campaigns to market.
• Establish agency relationships, campaign budgets, media planning and paid media investments.
• Manage integrated campaigns across product launches, developer events, startup initiatives, and community programs.
• Shape campaign positioning, storytelling, and channel strategy.
• Push for ideas that resonate with developers and technical audiences.
• Identify compelling developers, founders and companies building with OpenAI and tell their stories.
• Measure awareness, engagement, consideration, product adoption and business outcomes; use insights to improve.
