Job summary

Together AI, the AI native cloud, is seeking a dynamic head of community engagement to lead developer-focused outreach and content strategy in the Bay Area. You will own X, LinkedIn and Discord channels, craft engaging content, and work with marketing and solution architecture teams to drive growth.

You will translate insights into compelling online and in-person events, balancing online engagement (80%) with strategic in-person activities (20%).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of developer marketing and community engagement experience
• Deep understanding of the AI developer audience
• Keen awareness of developer social spaces, ideally active on X
• Naturally inclined toward social presence and current industry trends
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to build from scratch
• Data-driven and creative—always proposing new experiments and content
• Ideally a developer with an engineering background

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the Together AI technical community, understanding developers and researchers
• Run and manage content across X, LinkedIn and Discord
• Own content strategy for community channels, including learning and user content
• Collaborate with marketing, developer relations and solution architecture teams
• Experiment with new content types, competitions and swag
• Translate community insights into engaging in-person meetups and events
