Job summary

MintMCP is seeking a senior Growth Marketer to define and own go-to-market for our MCP gateway. You will craft messaging for technical buyers, orchestrate a cross-functional demand-gen program, and run a mix of self-serve and sales-assisted campaigns.

You’ll build an agent-driven workflow to scale campaigns, measure CAC/payback, and set a data-backed growth trajectory. You will report to the CEO, work with the GTM team, and operate in person in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Experience building growth engines for early-stage B2B software.
• Ability to turn inbound into measurable pipeline across self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
• Strong data-driven decision making with attribution and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and funnel for MintMCP’s gateway product.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, paid, content, lifecycle) and outbound programs.
• Instrument the funnel and optimize CAC, payback, and forecast accuracy.
