Job summary

Proximity Team, Inc. in San Francisco is hiring a flexible, non-traditional solutions engineer who can own deployments from pilot to rollout. You’ll meet customers, define workflows worth solving, configure their agent, test with their team, and get it live.

You’ll onboard sales teams, dealers, engineers, and executives, using Claude Code, Codex, the Prox CLI, and internal tools to speed proposals and deployments while driving customer adoption and account expansion.

Qualifications

• Learn complicated products extremely fast.
• Earn the trust of technical stakeholders.
• Sell without a traditional salesperson.
• Write and explain things clearly.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, and AI tools naturally.
• Take ownership, travel, and build the playbook from zero.
• Evidence of building, selling, launching, or owning something difficult.
