Job summary

Fora Travel is seeking a founding Account Manager in New York City to build the advisor management function from the ground up. You will own strategic design, playbooks, and direct advisor relationships with a portfolio of high-value advisors, balancing a hands-on management role with scalable playbook development for a growing platform.

The role blends 50% strategic design and 50% portfolio management, reporting to the Director of Advisor Services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in relationship-intensive, go-to-market, or premium member experience roles with a business-building component.
• Ability to talk business with top producers and translate data into coaching.
• Builder mentality — excited by ambiguity and building from scratch, with systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Growth Coaching: manage a portfolio of advisors, drive growth and retention.
• Growth Leadership: conduct regular business reviews and set aggressive growth goals for advisors.
• Seasonal Playbook: adjust cadence based on seasonality and advisor needs.
• Retention & Escalation: proactively surface risks and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Cross-functional alignment: partner with Product, Training, Events, and Fora X leadership to improve advisor experience.
