Job summary

Farther is seeking an Associate on the Advisor Business Development team in New York to drive outbound outreach to financial advisors and convert conversations into opportunities. You will help book meetings for Directors and grow a scalable recruiting pipeline.

You will operate in a high-volume environment, maintain a robust CRM, and aim to exceed weekly activity targets while advancing the firm’s platform for advisor growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Enjoy cold calling and building pipeline from scratch.
• Motivated by variable comp with clear career goals.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings between advisors and our Directors.
• Run discovery to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing, and develop early-stage deals.
• Keep the CRM clean and your pipeline up to date.
• Hit and exceed weekly meeting and activity targets.
