Zusammenfassung

Redo, based in Draper, Utah, is building the operating system for modern e-commerce. We’re hiring Founding Account Executives to own the full sales cycle across our merchant universe and shape how we sell, from prospecting to close.

As a founding seller, you’ll hunt opportunities across SMB and larger merchants, educate buyers on Redo’s OMS, Checkout Optimization, and Recovery products, and help craft the GTM motion for future AEs.

Qualifikationen

• Must have full-cycle sales experience or equivalent where you built your own pipeline and closed deals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong discovery instincts to surface real problems quickly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for taking initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in or with fast-moving startups is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own a pipeline and generate leads across the full range of e-commerce merchants.
• Hunt across SMB and mid-market deals depending on opportunity.
• Become a product expert on Redo’s OMS, Checkout Optimization, and Recovery products.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and closes.
• Educate merchants on reduced overhead, conversion lift, and revenue recapture.
• Hit monthly and quarterly quotas and help build the GTM playbook.
• Maintain clean CRM and share learnings to improve the motion for future AEs.
