Job summary

pmtbox is an early-stage fintech in Orem, Utah building a field-focused sales motion with founders and operators. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying merchants to closing, while shaping how we sell in new markets. This role emphasizes outbound prospecting, travel to multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in a full-cycle B2B sales role, ideally SMB/mid-market.
• Experience sourcing and closing your own opportunities, not just inbound.
• Strong discovery, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and communicate business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement and handoff.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound outreach and networking.
• Engage business owners and payments decision-makers to uncover needs.
• Run consultative discovery to address fraud, approvals, and revenue loss.
• Build business cases linking solutions to measurable financial outcomes.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting while collaborating with teams.
