Job summary

Redo is hiring Founding Account Executives in Draper, Utah to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—across the merchant universe. As a founding seller, you’ll shape the way Redo sells and build the GTM motion with direct impact on revenue and strategy.

You’ll educate merchants on Redo’s OMS, Checkout Optimization, and Recovery products, run discovery calls, demos, and negotiations, and consistently hit your numbers in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle sales experience and ability to own the entire process from prospecting to close.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills across multiple channels.
• Experience leading discovery calls, evaluating merchant needs, and presenting solutions.
• Solid closing skills with the ability to negotiate and seal deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-powered selling tools and modern sales workflows.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup with ambiguity and rapid changes.

Responsibilities

• Own a growing pipeline across the e-commerce merchant universe.
• Run high-velocity SMB cycles and larger mid-market opportunities as needed.
• Become an expert on Redo's OMS, Checkout Optimization, and Recovery products.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and closes.
• Educate merchants on how Redo reduces overhead, boosts conversion, and recaptures revenue.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Build and share a clean CRM playbook to sharpen GTM motions for the team.
