Job summary

Flux Payments is seeking a first sales hire to own the full cycle from discovery to live processing. You’ll demo the platform to owners, price deals inside our published structure, and close signed agreements, with remote flexibility.

You’ll talk to real business owners across industries, explain interchange, ACH, and settlement timing, and help shape our go-to-market as an early-stage payments company. Based in the US, you will collaborate with a small team and ship work that matters.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Ability to explain interchange, ACH, and settlement timing to a non-technical owner.
• Comfortable being early: no playbook; help write it.
• Based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Run the full cycle from first call to live processing account
• Demo checkout, invoicing, payouts, and the dashboard to owners and finance teams
• Price inside the published structure: flat rate, pass-through where rules allow, volume discounts
• Feed merchant feedback into product; be the voice of the merchant here
