Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, startup ops, or Chief of Staff.
• Own outcomes rather than only analyzing or advising.
• Excellent written communication with clear, concise ideas.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to operate effectively with ambiguity, develop a point of view, and respectfully challenge assumptions.
• Startup or founder-facing operating experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operating right hand to the founders and help turn strategic priorities into measurable results.
• Drive the CEO's priority agenda with clear owners, timelines, and follow-through.
• Own leadership operating rhythms including weekly meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.
• Build and maintain company dashboards, metrics, reporting, and goal-tracking systems.
• Identify problems and bottlenecks before they escalate.
• Lead high-priority strategic and operational projects across the business.
• Strengthen internal communications, documentation, decision-making, and organizational alignment.
• Participate in strategic discussions and bring well-supported recommendations to leadership.
• Hold teams accountable to priorities while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Own ambiguous problems and drive them from idea to execution.
