• Demonstrated track record of delivering complete projects end-to-end.
• Strong internal ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Daily use of AI tools to automate workflows and improve processes.
• Extremely proactive with regular 3–5 thoughtful inputs per week.
• Energetic, founder-facing mindset with appetite to push the business forward.
• Excellent writing and clear communication in professional settings.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Make ideas real: scope, test, and decide whether to move forward each concept.
• Run the operating cadence: manage weekly priorities, meeting prep, and follow-ups.
• Be in the room: take notes in exec meetings and follow up immediately.
• Do the unglamorous work: triage calendars, emails, transcripts, and CRM data.
• Run internal projects end-to-end: new service lines, hiring sprints, and partnerships.
• Push the team: raise issues and ensure action is taken promptly.
