Adaption in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Founders Associate to be the right hand to the founding team. You will clear operational friction, coordinate critical asks, and travel with the founders to key events, hires, and offsites.

You thrive in fast-moving environments, manage competing priorities, and build lightweight processes that keep a distributed team running smoothly, from procurement to day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 1–6+ years in operations or founder's office.
• Available on short notice and willing to travel.
• Strong multi-tasking with context-switching.
• Low ego with high ownership of projects.
• Excellent organizational and logistical instincts.

Responsibilities

• Founder leverage: reduce operational friction and coordinate asks.
• Handle procurement and team logistics.
• Build rituals and ops infrastructure for distributed teams.
• Agile context-switching between strategy and execution.
• Travel with founders for investor meetings and offsites.
• Own cross-functional 0 to 1 projects from inception.
