Job summary

Adaption Labs, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations to act as the founders’ right hand, removing friction and enabling high-leverage decisions. You will coordinate logistics, procurement, and team operations for a fast-moving, early-stage startup.

You will thrive in ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and drive scalable processes while maintaining owner-level accountability. The role requires in-person collaboration in the Bay Area and occasional travel with the founders.

Qualifications

• 1–6+ years of operations or founder's office experience in startups.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work on short notice.
• Proven multi-tasking and priority management capabilities.
• Ownership mindset with initiative on high-stakes projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central leverage point for founders and coordinate key asks.
• Handle end-to-end operations, logistics, and procurement tasks.
• Build rituals and infrastructure for a fast-growing, distributed team.
• Pivot between strategic problems and urgent operational tasks.
• Travel with founders for investor meetings, conferences, and hires.
• Own cross-functional projects from first principles to implementation.
