Faction is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders, shaping company DNA across growth, product, hiring, and fundraising. You will act as an extension of the founders, ruthlessly prioritizing what matters while supporting customer-facing ops and high-impact projects.

You’ll likely contribute production code or demos, as the company philosophy is that everyone codes, regardless of title.

Responsibilities

• Work with the founders as an extension, ruthlessly prioritizing what matters.
• Support customer-facing ops: outbound, demo prep, onboarding, on-site visits, CXO relationships at large industrial customers.
• Own high-impact projects across strategy, growth, ops, including hiring, GTM scaling, fundraising materials.
• Be the go-to for urgent tasks and fast execution.

We're looking for a high g-factor generalist to join Faction as a Founder's Associate. You'll work directly with the founders, shaping company DNA - touching growth, product, hiring, and fundraising.

What you'll do

• Operate as a true extension of the founders - ruthlessly prioritizing what matters
• Support customer-facing ops: outbound, demo prep, onboarding, on-site visits, relationship management with CXOs at $XBn+ industrial customers
• Own high-impact projects across strategy, growth, ops - hiring 3σ talent, scaling our GTM function, building fundraising materials, and more
• Be the go to for "we need this done asap"

• Extreme ownership - no task is too big or small, you make things happen and own outcomes
