Salient in San Francisco seeks an experienced, high-ownership operator to join the Founder’s Office. You will be a force-multiplier to the CEO and leadership, driving execution across GTM, product ops, compliance, customer delivery, and internal cadence.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO’s operating cadence: priorities, OKR tracking, meeting hygiene, decision logs, follow-ups.
• Turn leadership conversations into action: write memos, capture decisions, assign owners, drive closure.
• Prepare internal/external meetings: briefs, stakeholder maps, agendas, talking points, post-meeting execution.
• Run cross-functional projects across Product, Eng, Compliance, Sales, and Customer Success; build scalable dashboards and playbooks.
• Drive initiatives: onboarding plans, KPI frameworks, pricing/packaging analyses, process redesign.
• Support governance: change management, policy updates, audit-ready documentation.
