Affordable Luxury Group in New York is seeking a Creative Content & Executive Assistant to the Founder. This hybrid, on-site role blends executive support with hands-on digital storytelling for a high-profile founder and brand.

You will manage a complex calendar, capture high-end BTS content with an iPhone, and amplify the founder’s voice across social, live events, and channels while preserving discretion and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing executive calendars and inbox with high discretion.
• Ability to capture authentic, high-end BTS content for brand storytelling.
• Comfort working in a private residence and with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Content Capture: fly on the wall for design studio moments, QVC/live selling environments, travel and events.
• Content Creation & Editing: shoot/edit short-form video for Instagram Reels/TikTok; platform-native content; fast turnaround.
• Founder Amplification: support live moments, publish content expanding the Founder's voice across social, live selling, podcast, Substack.
• Content Operations & Workflow: organize, tag, and share content for marketing; liaise with Brand Social Media Manager to align strategy and speed.
• Executive Gatekeeping & Operations: inbox/calendar mastery; daily recap; travel with founder; maintain agility and priorities.
