Qualifikationen

• 1 to 5 years of experience, early in your career.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and resourcefulness.
• Operational experience, ideally managing complex and high-volume operations.
• Relentlessly organized with sharp attention to detail.
• You are a creative problem solver with a fast, reliable work style.

• Run the operation and turn scrambles into scalable systems.
• Extend the CEO: carry projects and follow-ups, speak for them when needed.
• Go-to-market outreach, campaign building, and testing what works.
• Build AI agents and automation behind the pipeline and internal tools.
• Research new markets and chase actionable answers.
