Job summary

Tellwise is seeking the first growth hire to define the motion and work directly with the CEO on growth strategy and execution. You will own the acquisition funnel from experiment to repeatable channels, shape positioning and audience targeting, and translate non-conversion objections into a concrete roadmap.

Equity is valued over base salary, with a fast-paced, founders-led environment. You will build a scalable growth playbook that guides future hires and growth initiatives as the company

Qualifications

• Three or more years in consumer or prosumer growth.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition end to end, from the first experiment to a channel that repeats.
• Work with the founders on positioning, packaging and which audience to reach next.
• Bring the objections back. What people say when they do not convert is the roadmap.
• Build the playbook the next hires will use.
