• Manage the Founder's calendar, travel, and meeting prep.
• Coordinate vendor research, hiring, fundraising, investor logistics as needed.
• Screen and triage requests for the Founder to optimize focus time.
• Draft routine correspondence, presentations, and internal communications.
• Coordinate board/investor meetings and company events.
• Process expenses and invoices; maintain organized records.
• Act as liaison between Founder, staff, customers, vendors, and partners.
