Job summary

Met Global Mobility is expanding its New York City headquarters and seeks a Founder's Associate to be the permanent NYC presence. You will own the Founder’s time in New York, drive sales intelligence by researching AmLaw 100 firms, hedge funds, and PE shops, and build an invite-only network of 50–100 senior NYC Executive Assistants.

This is a high-ambition, high-visibility role in a luxury private mobility firm.

Qualifications

• Must be based in NYC with deep local network.
• Proven relationships with senior EAs at NYC firms.
• Strong writing ability for concise outreach messages.
• High initiative and ability to drive work without explicit tasking.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage elite NYC events and dinners; own guest lists and follow-ups.
• Research target firms and open doors via peer-to-peer outreach.
• Own Founder’s NYC sprint calendar, prep, logistics and follow-ups.
• Represent the brand with senior EAs and Chiefs of Staff with professionalism.
• Oversee NYC operations, including meeting sites, coworking, and offices.
