Job summary

Decagon seeks a senior Strategic Growth & Partnerships leader to expand our executive network across the U.S. and convert trusted relationships into impactful commercial outcomes. You’ll work with the founders to drive high-stakes enterprise opportunities across Fortune 500s, PE-backed portfolios, and tech firms.

You will lead with judgment and operate in founder-led environments, traveling as needed and engaging both in-person and via GTM tools to deliver value at every interaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or founder-adjacent roles.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior executives, VC/PE investors, and operators and close complex opportunities.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the executive network across the U.S. including enterprise customers, PE firms, strategic partners, and investors.
• Collaborate with founders on high-stakes, complex enterprise opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with C-level and VP-level executives in CX, operations, technology, and digital transformation.
