Qualifications

• Experience at a crypto or DeFi startup in a generalist or operator role.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets and trading products.
• Track record of owning ambiguous projects end to end.
• Sharp analytical and communication skills, with the judgment to work directly alongside founders.
• High ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Able to work in person from the New York office.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the founders on strategic and operational priorities
• Own cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
• Stand up new initiatives and processes as the company grows
• Analyze problems, frame decisions, and drive follow-through across teams
• Serve as a force multiplier for the founding team on whatever matters most that week
