Job summary

Black Swan Ventures Group is hiring for senior leadership roles, including Head of Conversion and related chairs. The position is full-time and remote, with a preference for United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Taiwan. High English fluency is required.

Compensation ranges from $3,500 to $6,500 per month, with relocation to the United States contemplated. The role overlaps CET hours and includes travel for workshops.

Qualifications

• You have shipped pages and creative that produced booked calls.
• You can wire a landing page into a backend system, not just make it pretty.
• You read an attribution report and know which channel earned its budget.
• You want to run a department, not stay on the build floor.

Responsibilities

• Own the Conversion X domain and lead the team under it.
• Ship one full Conversion X build with the founder and own the measurement pass on a second build.
• As the company grows, the domain becomes a department and you lead it.
• We are hiring several, each against a different domain.
