Job summary

Black Swan Ventures Group is seeking a Founder's Associate to own the onboarding domain from day one. You will run client onboarding end-to-end, write clear kickoff documents, and hand off projects under pressure while building a dedicated onboarding team. This remote role supports growth with travel as needed.

You will report to the founder, shape the onboarding function, and help scale the organization toward ambitious expansion milestones by mid-2027.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding clients to a product or service.
• Ability to write kickoff docs a client can follow.
• Proven ability to execute clean handoffs under pressure.
• Ambition to run a department, not just hold a seat.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding for two new clients alongside the founder.
• Own onboarding end-to-end by the end of week two.
• Lead the onboarding domain team as the company grows.
• Help shape the onboarding discipline as Black Swan Ventures Group scales.
