This remote role is 10–20 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $125 to $175 per hour depending on experience. Reporting to the Founder and President, you will coordinate senior professionals and external experts across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in project or engagement management.
• Experience coordinating senior SMEs and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain authoritative view of multiple engagements, statuses, deadlines, dependencies, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate SMEs, subcontractors, and vendors across engagements.
• Manage expert interviews and research workflows for 30–50 external participants.
• Ensure access controls, confidentiality, and governance across projects.
