Job summary

CIC is seeking a highly autonomous Founder's Associate to protect Tim’s time, preserve context, and turn relationships and commitments into action. You will co-work with Tim, owning his calendar, inbox, and travel; research opportunities, steward senior relationships, and support podcast and public communications.

This role blends executive support with strategic and creative impact, in a fast-paced global setting.

Qualifications

• Polished written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to dates, time zones, and commitments.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and travel planning.

Responsibilities

• Own Tim's calendar and inbox; triage, prioritize, and draft responses.
• Plan complex international travel end-to-end and adapt plans as needed.
• Maintain a trusted system for commitments, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Research people and opportunities; prepare concise briefings.
• Support podcast and media operations: research guests, schedule, publish, and track performance.
• Use AI to build institutional memory and automate routine work.
