Job summary

Prior Labs in New York is seeking a Founder Associate to work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to shape and execute initiatives that drive growth. You’ll own business functions across Growth, Sales Enablement, Marketing & Community, and People Ops, with broad exposure across the company based on need and strength.

Everything we do is AI-first, so you’ll spend less time on grunt work and more time building systems that scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years in consulting, venture capital, startups or similar roles.
• AI-first approach to work; quick adoption of new tools.
• High agency: ship a v1 quickly, iterate, and improve.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with execution focus.
• Structured and reliable: ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives and own the inbound pipeline end to end.
• Own decks, case studies, battle cards, and demo assets for sales enablement.
• Automate recurring internal workflows and build agents across the stack.
• Support expansion plans, including opening new offices and country setups.
