Prime Intellect is seeking a Founder's Associate, Business Operations in San Francisco to act as the right hand to senior management. This high-trust role requires exceptional judgment and execution, serving as a force multiplier for leadership and owning outcomes end-to-end.

You will work directly with leadership to drive priorities forward, remove friction, and build operating cadence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support and drive execution across the org.
• Act as a day-to-day extension of senior management: follow-ups, prioritisation, and closing loops.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, timelines, owners, and shipped results.
• Drive special projects across functions (ops, finance, recruiting coordination, internal comms, logistics).
• Prepare briefs, updates, decision memos, and meeting notes that align everyone.
• Build lightweight systems that make execution predictable (tracking, documentation, SOPs).
• Create a high-quality internal operating rhythm: weekly priorities, reporting, and accountability.
• Spot recurring friction and implement fixes to reduce overhead for the team.
• Coordinate across time zones (SF/Berlin) for tight communication and fast turnaround.
• Support hiring/onboarding coordination, team planning, travel/event logistics.
