Qualifications

• Experience in high-performance environments (consulting, IB, PE, startups, product, data, or engineering).
• Strong technical or quantitative degree or demonstrated capabilities in CS/Engineering/data science/ops research.
• Proven ability to build projects, scripts, automations, dashboards, or workflows that work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders to solve high-leverage problems and move quickly.
• Prototype internal AI tools to save operations time weekly.
• Analyze activation, GTM models, hiring processes, and investor reporting.
