The ideal candidate will lead a small team, design service playbooks incorporating AI, and manage client metrics effectively.

A background in fintech or premium SaaS and experience in high-touch services are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch services team at a startup, particularly in fintech or SaaS.
• Proficient in leveraging AI for service delivery.
• Ability to remain calm under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Own founder onboarding and retention metrics.
• Design a service playbook incorporating AI solutions.
• Lead a team of client leads and analysts.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for top accounts.
