Job summary

Methuen Public School District is seeking a LTS Program Assistant Foundations Partial Inclusion PK at the Early Childhood Center. The role involves supporting students with toileting and feeding needs, assisting with instruction, and implementing programs designed by the Special Education Teacher.

The position is paid on a per diem basis at $125 per day, with duties including behavior support and supervision during arrival and dismissal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working with children/students.
• Experience assisting in program implementation.
• Ability to work with professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Support students with toileting and feeding needs.
• Support instruction and implement programs/lesson plans.
• Escort students to and from pick up/drop off locations during arrival and dismissal.
• Support and implement behavior plans as directed by BCBA and/or classroom teacher.
• Perform duties as assigned by school administration.
• Other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher.
