Job summary

Groundworks in North Dakota is seeking a Foreman to lead our installation crew from start to finish. You’ll own safety, quality, and productivity on each project and mentor team members to perform at a high level.

This role sits within a nationwide brand with a collaborative, hands-on culture. Ideal candidates have leadership experience in construction, knowledge of crawl spaces, basements and concrete lifting, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Leads a high-performance team and ensures safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a local high-performance installation crew.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assess conditions on-site; plan work, assign duties, and schedule work.
• Install products with support from a national team of professionals.
• Ensure final documentation is complete and accurate.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites daily.
