Job summary

You will report on site, review job specs, assign duties, and ensure work meets company standards and timelines. A valid driver’s license and prior crew leadership are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience leading crews or small teams on construction projects.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew on local projects and coordinate tasks.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools and equipment.
• Assign duties, monitor progress and keep the job on schedule and budget.
• Install products with support from a national team of pros.
• Provide on-site training and ensure safe, quality work and documentation.
