Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assess conditions on-site; plan time, tools, and work order; assign duties to your crew.
• Install products with support from a national team of trained professionals.
• Troubleshoot to complete the job per standards and timelines.
• Provide customers with superior quality and service on site.
• Ensure final documentation is complete and delivered to proper parties.
• Supervise the crew and train Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• Regularly and reliably report to work on time.
