Job summary

House of Possibilities (HOPe) seeks a Foundations & Corporate Giving Manager to join our Advancement team in North Easton, MA. The role focuses on researching, cultivating, and securing philanthropic support from corporations, foundations, and institutional partners.

Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will manage the full grant lifecycle, develop corporate fundraising strategies, and track the pipeline in Salesforce to drive revenue growth and maximize impact for HOPe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nonprofit development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with institutional funders.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Grant Management: research, identify, and solicit institutional funding opportunities; manage LOIs and grant reports.
• Corporate Partnerships: develop fundraising strategies, secure event sponsorships, and manage employee engagement campaigns.
• Pipeline Management: track the corporate and grant pipeline in Salesforce; ensure data integrity and timely follow-up.
• Stewardship: produce updates and impact reports for leadership and partners to meet grant reporting and donor relations needs.
• Collaboration: align corporate and foundation initiatives with organizational goals.
