Community Foundation for MetroWest seeks a Development Manager, Corporate & Foundation Relations in Natick, MA. The role targets strategic relationship-building with corporate partners and foundations to advance MetroWest initiatives.

The is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to the VP of Advancement & Philanthropic Services. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of fundraising experience, exceptional writing, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across regional partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience, including corporate and foundation relations.
• Strong proposal writing and donor communications skills.
• Experience using donor databases or CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Grow and manage corporate and foundation partnerships across MetroWest.
• Develop strategies for corporate philanthropy, sponsorships, and donor engagement events.
• Collaborate with leadership to design fundraising campaigns and solicit donors.
• Maintain donor and prospect records and track portfolio activity.
