Job summary

Community Foundation for MetroWest seeks a Development Manager, Corporate & Foundation Relations, to expand partnerships across MetroWest and lead grant lifecycle activities. You will craft proposals, manage sponsor engagement, and collaborate with program and marketing teams to advance community impact.

The role emphasizes strategic fundraising, strong writing, and relationship-building in a hybrid Natick-based setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success cultivating and stewarding corporate and/or foundation relationships.
• Experience writing successful grant proposals and funder reports.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow corporate philanthropy and partnerships across MetroWest.
• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate partners with tailored cultivation plans.
• Lead event strategy for major fundraising events and donor engagement activities.
• Manage grant lifecycle from prospect research to stewardship and reporting.
• Develop compelling proposals and foundation communications with Program and Marketing teams.
• Track portfolio activity, outcomes, and fundraising performance using CRM data.
