Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Service Technician in Alabama to support post-installation activities, inspect preexisting foundation repair and water management solutions, and assist customers with additional solutions. You will travel to homes, build relationships, and promote product upgrades while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Strong customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' home based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships and professionally represent the company.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve installations.
• Perform maintenance visits and diagnose issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate job status and document details to the Service Manager.
