Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks a Service Technician who blends hands-on foundation repair knowledge with consultative sales to protect customers’ homes. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, present systems, and earn commissions on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• One or more years of sales experience preferred.
• Construction/home improvement experience preferred.
• Customer relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long‑term relationships and professionally represent the company.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or remedy installations.
• Perform annual maintenance visits and inspect completed work.
• Diagnose and fix issues during reactive service visits.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Evaluate solutions and determine warranty vs non-warranty work.
• Communicate job status and submit required documentation to the Service Manager.
• Maintain punctual attendance as an essential function.
• Other duties as assigned.
