Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of foundation support specialists to deliver high-quality technical support and solutions.
• Coordinate daily team activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues related to foundation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and best practices for foundation support activities.
• Analyze support metrics and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
