Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Service Technician who blends hands-on expertise with consultative selling. You’ll meet homeowners, assess needs, present proven systems, and earn base pay plus commissions while backing a national brand.

This role focuses on inspecting and servicing existing solutions, offering additional options, and building long-term relationships. Travel to residences, adhere to safety, and report outcomes to the Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Proven customer relations experience preferred.
• A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute appointments as scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships and professionally represent Groundworks.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation.
• Perform annual customer maintenance visits and diagnose/fix issues.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures during responsibilities.
• Examine solutions installed and determine potential warranty work.
• Communicate job status and submit documents to Service Manager and customer.
• Regularly report to work on time; perform other duties as assigned.
