Groundworks is seeking a Service Technician who blends hands-on foundation repair expertise with consultative sales. You’ll meet homeowners, assess needs, present systems, and earn base pay plus commissions. Training is provided, with a national brand backing and opportunities for growth.

Travel to customers’ homes is required for scheduled appointments and service visits. You will inspect and service existing Groundworks solutions, offer additional options, and contribute to customer

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required.
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred.
• Proven customer relations experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• A valid, non-restrictive Driver's License is required.

Responsabilités

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers.
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments.
• Build long-term relationships and professionally represent Groundworks.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or improve installations.
• Perform annual customer maintenance visits and inspect work done.
• Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix issues.
• Install additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures during duties.
• Examine installed solutions and determine warranty work needs.
• Communicate job status and submit documentation to Service Manager and customer.
