Moisture Loc is seeking a Foundation Repair Technician to join our Wood Technician team in the Charlotte area. You will install Helical Piers, Wall Anchors, and carbon fiber systems, and perform crack injections and crawlspace repairs while representing the company on job sites.

The role requires safe, high-quality workmanship, ability to work in confined spaces or outdoors, and the capacity to travel to projects with minimal supervision. Competitive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Previous foundation repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of building codes.

Responsabilités

• Travel from the office to projects on a reliable schedule.
• Travel to scheduled projects using a company vehicle.
• Install Helical Piers.
• Install Wall Anchors.
• Install carbon fiber straps and stitch welds; perform crack injections and crawlspace repairs.
• Operate power tools, saws, drills, and jacks as needed.
• Read and follow the scope of work and interpret structural drawings.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
