Job summary

Moisture Loc is seeking a Structural Repair Crew Member to support waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation and drainage projects. The role involves traveling to job sites, performing on-site project work and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have construction or home improvement experience, can work 7am–5pm Monday through Friday, and can pass a physical exam. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Able to start work at 7 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday, occasionally a Saturday if needed
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be capable of completing a Job Specific Physical

Responsibilities

• Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
• Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
• Completing on-site projects which includes Exterior waterproofing
• Interior water management systems
• Yard drainage systems
• Crawl space encapsulation systems
• R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation)
• Excavations manually or with heavy equipment
