Job summary

Moisture Loc is seeking Structural Repair Crew Members to perform on-site waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, drainage and related tasks. The role involves travel to sites, manual labor, and coordination with the project team to deliver quality results in basements and crawl spaces.

The ideal candidate can work 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays, and must be capable of completing a job-specific physical and pass a pre-employment exam.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or home improvement preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Able to start work 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Capable of completing a job-specific physical

Responsibilities

• Travel to the office with a reliable vehicle
• Travel to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
• Complete on-site projects including exterior waterproofing, interior water management systems, yard drainage, crawl space encapsulation, R19 insulation removal if needed, excavations with or without heavy equipment

The primary service region is the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Services are provided for new residential construction as well as existing homes. What You'll Do

Our Structural Repair Crew Members are vital to the successful completion of customer projects and must professionally represent Moisture Loc at all times. A typical day will include the following:

• Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
• Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
• Completing on-site projects which includes:
• Exterior waterproofing
• Interior water management systems
• Yard drainage systems
• Crawl space encapsulation systems
• R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation)
• Excavations manually or with heavy equipment

Nature of Work/Conditions

• Work is typically performed in basements and crawl spaces but can also include digging and backfilling trenches
• Work requires constant movement, is strenuous, physical and can include standing, bending, crawling, loading and unloading materials, pushing and pulling equipment.

Requirements

• Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical exam
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Able to start work at 7 AM until 5 PM, Monday through Friday, occasionally a Saturday if needed
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be capable of completing a Job Specific Physical
