Job summary

Moisture Loc is hiring for a full-time Structural Repair Crew Member in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation and drainage projects in residential settings, with daily travel to job sites and adherence to safety standards.

You will work in basements and crawl spaces, perform physically demanding tasks, and contribute to a safe, high-quality home environment for customers. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a physical are required.

Qualifications

• Previous construction/home improvement experience preferred.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle.
• Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle.
• Complete on-site projects including exterior waterproofing, interior water management systems, yard drainage, crawl space encapsulation, R19 insulation, and excavations.
